A Note From George

Welcome and THANK YOU to all the new recent subscribers. I'm going to do my best to get this ezine out twice a month. My goal? To provide you with insider's knowledge on how to achieve your fat loss and fitness goals. More specifically, I'm going to give you insider information, tips, useful links and a slew of other items you can use to make the most efficient use of your time and yet, believe it or not, still achieve your fat loss and fitness goals.

As you can see I'm trying out a new format and publishing directly onto the internet. Let me know if you prefer it this way or directly in your email

Hello again,

If you're a regular reader of my newsletter, you know by now that as a very busy dad, trainer and entrepreneur that also holds down a 60 hour a week full time job, I am constantly looking for ways to use my time as efficiently as possible, whether that has to do with losing fat or any other aspect of my life and I feel it's my responsibility to share those with you. I also feel it's my responsibility to point out things that I consider false and misleading advertising. Today I want to talk with you about something, that quite honestly, just annoys the heck out of me.

"30 Second Abs!"

"4 Minute Workouts"

"Cheat Your Way Thin!"

"Lose Fat in Just 10-15 Minutes a Day!"

"Look like a Hollywood star with this ab machine!"

No wonder people are confused, skeptical and down right bitter about the fitness and weight loss industry. With all of the claims made by marketers, who knows what to believe. The truth is, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Strange thing for me to say considering that I myself market the BusyBod Workout System as "A workout designed for ultra-busy people" and "Lose Fat & Build Lean Muscle in Just 10-15 Minutes a Day, From Anywhere, Even Without Equipment!"

I'll get back to that in a moment though.

Keep this in mind:

There is no such thing as "washboard abs in seconds".

There is no such thing as "eat whatever you want and still lose weight".

There is no such thing as "workout once a week and get amazing results!"

I hate this B.S. and think it's the reason so many people are skeptical about the weight loss and fitness industry.

The truth is there is no "easy way out". Regardless of what savvy marketers tell you, losing fat and staying healthy does require effort. However, don't mistake effort and intensity with spending your life at the gym or spending hours a week working out. Two different things.

Back to the claims I make regarding the BusyBod Workout System. Anytime you hear that you can get more results in less time, you need to be very careful. It's a mistake to think that you can put in minimal effort and expect great results. It doesn't work that way in life and it doesn't work that way on your quest to lose fat.

With that being said, you CAN get more results in less time. The key is using high intensity workouts as part of your regular workout regimen. What does "high intensity" mean for most of you? It probably means working out much, much harder than you're used to. But the reward for working at such a high intensity is not only the results you'll get but the enormous time savings you'll receive.

It took me a long time to gain the knowledge I put into use to lose over 30 pounds myself. The same knowledge that turned into the BusyBod Workout System and the iWorkoutAtHome Association.

I did the research. I read reports. I read manuals. I read books. I tested it myself. I tested it on my clients. I still use it religiously. It works.

Is it truly only 10-15 minutes a day? Absolutely.

Does your diet have to change? Of course.

Is it easy? Absolutely not. Those 10-15 minutes a day will be difficult, no doubt. But the beauty of it is, you're DONE in 15 minutes. YOU have to make the decision if you'd rather spend hours a week at the gym doing a less intense workout, hanging out with your friends, doing some steady state cardio for hours with minimal results or work out hard (from home if you want), and be done in just minutes.

Your best bet is to continue to educate yourself, read as much as you can, understand the principles behind what it takes to really lose fat and build lean muscle. If that sounds like alot of work, find someone you can trust who has this knowledge already.

Remember, if it's too good to be true, it usually is.

By the way, if you want to see exactly how NOT to workout, check this out. :)

Try This

If you've been using the BusyBod Workout System for a while and are looking for a new exercise to incorporate into your workouts, try this one:

Reverse Lunge with Chest Fly

Why it's perfect for the BusyBod Workout System:

This exercise incorporates multiple joint movements, thus working multiple body parts (it's time efficient). It works your quads, chest, hamstrings, glutes, biceps, shoulders and core.

How to do it:

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a set of dumbbells at your sides, palms facing your body. Step back into a reverse lunge with one foot and simultaneously press both dumbbells to arm's length in front of you, ending with your palms facing up. Return to the starting position and then repeat the movement with your opposite leg.

Did You Know?

More on the dangers of soft drinks...

The latest research out of Denmark has shown that consuming soda can strain your heart. The research shows that when patients with peripheral heart disease drank a drink with 67 grams of sugar (basically a 20 ounce soda), their markers of inflamation increased. However, when they drank juice instead, they were reduced. Although the amount of sugar in both drinks were similar, the juice contains antioxidants which help counter inflammation..

Have You Tried the BusyBod Workout Yet?

The BusyBod Workout System was designed for anyone with an ultra-busy lifestyle who just doesn't have the time, nor the desire to workout for hours a week at a gym.

Success stories include mom's with full time jobs and busy guys working 80 hours a week who have given up on the gym.

Forget fad diets & bogus "ab machines", forget boring, monotonous cardio, forget those routines you see in bodybuilding magazines...there is a MUCH better way to get sexy abs and "big guns" in just a fraction of the time and WITHOUT expensive gym memberships!

Just look at Natalie's results based on 12-15 minute workouts with the BusyBod Workout System:

"I never thought to take a "before" picture, but I wish I had. I've never felt better. Your program was like a god send. With a full time job and two small children, I have absolutely NO time to myself, let alone time to workout.
After reading your ebook and implementing your workouts, now I just wake up just a little bit earlier and pump out a 15 minute workout and I'm DONE! Now I can spend time with my kids without feeling guilty about going to the gym and spending all that time away from them. Thanks you sooo much!"
